Do you offer last-minute court reporting services?
Yes, while we cannot guarantee last-minute coverage, we will try our best to accommodate last-minute scheduling requests, including those received over the weekend or on a holiday. To help ensure coverage, we recommend contacting us as early as possible. Read more about finding a last-minute court reporter.

How far in advance should I book my deposition to secure coverage?
It’s always best to schedule your proceeding as soon as possible. When scheduling, be sure to include all required information and/or include the Notice of deposition to expedite the scheduling process.

How much does it cost to hire a court reporter?
Rates are built from the reporter’s time (a minimum applies), a per-page transcript rate, expedite charges if you need it faster, and any add-ons. Travel and rooms outside our Tacoma office are added to your invoice when they apply. Ask for our rate sheet before you book, so you can see how the bill is built.

Do you offer expedited deposition transcript services?
Yes, we offer expedited deposition transcripts. When ordering services, you can indicate if you’ll need a rough draft, certified final transcript, expedited delivery, and other details. We can accommodate a wide range of expedite requests, including next day, two-day, three-day, etc.

How quickly will I receive a copy of my deposition transcript?
We offer delivery options to meet your needs, timeline, and budget. Please contact our teams for information specific to your requirements.

Do you offer court reporters for virtual depositions and proceedings?
Yes, we can provide court reporters for in-person, virtual, and/or hybrid depositions and proceedings. We leverage various remote video platforms to facilitate virtual and hybrid proceedings.

Do you offer a realtime feed of the court reporter’s transcript?
Yes, if you would like a realtime feed of the court reporter’s transcript, you may indicate this when ordering services. Realtime is available for remote and in-person proceedings when you request it at booking, subject to reporter availability.
